We have been using Apollo for around 6 months now for all of our customers who are outside our in store delivery service. They answer the phone on weekends which are our busiest days for orders & they give immediate quotes to our customers. On occasion they have picked up & delivered to our customers the same day as the phone call. The drivers are always polite & efficient & take excellent care of the furniture they are delivering for us & their vans are immaculate. I can't praise Apollo highly enough for the service I've received this week. I bought commercial outdoor Christmas lights to be collected from London and delivered to me in Cardiff and was let down twice by a well known national company due to their awkward size (despite me giving them the measurements!). In the hope of a more reliable service I looked for a local company and found Apollo. Within 5 minutes of my initial enquiry Jake had responded to me and after hearing my predicament acted quickly to arrange a collection from London that same afternoon at an affordable price. I also spoke with another lady in the office who went out of her way to set up an account for me so that our committee could pay by invoice at a later date and ensure the collection could go ahead that day - I didn't catch her name but she was incredibly friendly and helpful. The lights were delivered the following morning and are now ready to be installed in our small village so Apollo literally saved Christmas for us! Can't thank them enough and would highly recommend :-) ~ Jo M
